COURSE RUNS FROM
November 15, 2026 - February 14, 2027

LIVE SESSIONS ARE EVERY
Sunday AT 2:00-3:00pm Eastern Time (NYC)

COURSE DESCRIPTION
In this live 12-week course, Dr. Sarah teaches individuals who want to expand on their learning, growth, and healing after reading or while reading her book Colorism: The Politics of Skin Tone and How We Get Free.

Dr. Sarah guides students through a structured protocol she designed specifically for clients to heal and unlearn colorism, texturism, and featurism. Each week moves through a series of activities starting with live group coaching on Zoom, then individual activities and journaling work, and personalized feedback. The sequence progressively builds capacity over 3 months and refines your personal process to become more effective each week.

Each student meets Dr. Sarah on Zoom for 1-1 office hours 4 times throughout the course (every 3 weeks) for more hands-on coaching.

I have designed the curriculum and structured the course so that it works for people of any race or color. Whether you want to unlearn colorism, heal from it, take action to transform your community, or all of the above, the course teaches you a heart-centered, intuitive, soulful, and repeatable process to achieve that goal.

After going through this process once, you will be able to apply it again and again for any situation in your life.

Upon registering, students get immediate lifetime access to the Colorism Reflections & Revisions online discussion forum inside of Dr. Sarah's Café (pictured below), where you can begin your journey right away and refill your cup as often as you need.

This Course IS for You:

~ if you have started or finished reading Colorism: The Politics of Skin Tone and How We Get Free. (This course will not cover the basics of colorism. It’s not designed to explain colorism. We focus solely on applying our knowledge of colorism.)

~ if you can muster the courage to reflect honestly on the painful and unflattering aspects of your life.

~ if you have at least some hope or belief that change and transformation are possible for you and your communities.

~ if you appreciate structure, step-by-step processes, and routines that help you achieve your goals.

~ if you are open to being coached, challenged, and stretched by a compassionate expert who’s been on this journey and guided others as well.

~ if you’re excited to learn in a group setting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

This course is NOT for You:

~ if you still have major questions about what colorism is and how it functions. You should start with reading the book.

~ if you’re unwilling to take an honest look at yourself and reflect on uncomfortable truths.

~ if you lean toward pessimism and cynicism. The entire purpose of this course is taking aligned action toward meaningful change.

~ if you’re planning to just wing it or half-ass it.

~ if you take offense to someone challenging and stretching your paradigms.

~ if you’re not interested in the value and complexity of group learning.
