Below is the transcript of my channeling session recorded on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at approximately 9:30am ET. I asked my guides what messages they have for my café subscribers for Gemini season and the Sagittarius full moon.

Gemini season, fun, fun, fun. It should be easier to access fun play and childlike wonder, and a big theme in your newsletter is the encouragement, the inspiration to reclaim that sense of childlike wonder that childlike belief, faith, imagination, bravery, courage, sense of adventure. Children have a strong belief in the power of their own minds, of their own imaginations. In this Gemini season, it would benefit readers to remember this, to contemplate this. And this is important for innovation of their inner worlds, innovation of their outer worlds. Innovation is a good word in tandem, in contrast to transformation.
And Uranus in Gemini is pushing the idea of transformation towards, closer to the realm of innovation, inward, outward innovation. Your readers must be spurred, must be stoked to remember to embrace their power and capacity for inner and outer innovation. And it's so important and helpful when collective, when a significant collective of people are stirred from within to innovate, to grow and glow, to amplify and vibrate on a different frequency, on a higher frequency, on a frequency that matches or aligns, manifests the better world they imagine.
And Uranus's connection to Aquarius reminds us we must actively participate in the creation of the future through our imaginative expansiveness, through our innovative thoughts and ideas. And Gemini, Gemini is also a collective energy, and it is a local collective. And remembering that our nearby connections, the local communities, the local families, local schools, all of these are microsites of transformation and innovation that ripple outward into the Aquarius notion of society and the people.
And so this Gemini season, with Uranus there, we lean into these local innovations that spur on and foster and ripple greater change, greater evolution and growth and healing across, across society.
But remember that it's fun that leads the way, that it is childlike wonder that leads the way, not obligation, not judgment, not criticism, not "should," not comparison, not force, not hierarchy, not a recreation of the very systems, you claim to want to dismantle. That includes the Gemini essence of variety, as in what you call diversity at all scales. This season, this Gemini season, is a great field in which to practice openness, embrace, and acceptance of that variety within, without, around at all scales, big and small, local, global, mezzanine, mezzo, international, national, connecting with each other, with that openness, curiosity rather than that judgment, that insistence on how others should live. Merely curiosity will help to create the local communities, families, sites, experiences, school settings, educational environments that you say you want, rather than this judgmental insistence that merely creates more hierarchy.
Gemini season is also an invitation to embrace duality, multiplicity, variety within the self. And our capacity to embrace variety, contradiction, seeming contradiction, disparate ideas, disparate modalities around us, is reflected, is a reflection of our capacity to embrace, be open about and curious about, and accepting of the variety, the contrast, the dualities, the multiplicities, the contradictions, the changeableness within ourselves. So that is also the work we're invited to do in this field of Gemini anergy at this season.
There is a more open, loving, joyful, curious way of being with the self that Gemini energy can encourage and inspire us to look within at all the parts, all the facets of you. Allow them to be, allow them to exist without the need to cohere them, LOL, without the need to judge them. Gemini energy has a strong capacity to be, to allow things to exist without judgement. Multiple things just are, without hierarchy, without diminishment, of difference necessitating hierarchy. The field of Gemini can contain so many multiplicities, and contrasts and differences and variety, and allow them all to exist laterally, laterally on the same plane, in the same space and realm.
This is the most fruitful because that inner work that I just described is so empowering to the way you show up in your external relationships, connections, communities, schools, workplaces, towns and cities, streets and neighborhoods. The more of you that dedicate yourselves to that inner work, the more apparent that change, transformation, and innovation would be in your external realities.
Dr. Sarah often says, it starts at the heart. Do not bypass, you cannot bypass your inner work. You're inner relationships. Lol. Yes, we meant that in the plural sense. Lol.
The Sagittarius Full Moon happening during Gemini season is very supportive and helpful in facilitating the release, the letting go, the wisdom and the lessons, of larger structures of belief, larger narratives that have combed over, that have in some ways flattened that variety we speak of in Gemini season. And this full moon in Sagittarius allows you to recognize where that has been happening. It allows you to see more clearly the patterns, the structures, the systems, the institutions that must innovate, that must evolve, change, or be released to open and create more space in this Gemini field of innovation, adaptation, and acceptance.
Because Sagittarius energy deals with international and foreign travel and connections, that intuitive spotlight you have, that gift of the full moon can stretch your horizons. In Dr. Sarah's Cafe, you explore inner and outer horizons. And that Sagittarius full moon can be a pull. Its gravity can help you pull and expand the shape, the scope of those horizons, both inner and outer, showing you new, different, "foreign" ideas, feelings even, knowings, understandings. It takes you beyond the immediate and the local to enrich that sense of variety and change and expansiveness.
They work together in that way, Gemini, Sagittarius energy. It is the fractal nature of existence. It is the fractal nature of God.
There is a dismantling, a breaking apart of something within, mirrored in something without. This is primarily the work of Uranus in Gemini, lol, like dismantling a LEGO tower, dismantling of Legos. And the Sagittarius Full Moon shows us which LEGO towers, which LEGO structures we're done with, that we are ready to dismantle and transform, and use our imaginative capacity of Gemini to imagine something different to begin recreating and reassembling those pieces into something new.
It's great that the Sagittarius Full Moon comes first because the dismantling of the Legos happens, and then on the Gemini New Moon, you begin to understand and discern, and set an intention, a vision, in your imaginative capacities, your imagination starts to understand what is being reassembled. What is the new form and structure of these local pieces, this infinite possibility of Lego pieces shall be, according to your heart's desire.
It is fractal. It is fractal. It is fractal how you build and create. And your neighbor, your partner, your friends, siblings, colleagues, fellow citizens simultaneously are creating for themselves. And the sum total, the cumulative impact of your individual creations is what you see as your societal structures. Your societal structure is a fractal representation of all of your individual structures. And they work in reciprocity. And that is why it is paramount that those who seek to change the macro fractal of the larger collective society be cognizant, be responsible, be intentional, be disciplined in the micro fractal creations they make in their everyday lives.
