Welcome into the Café, my Love!
And welcome to November!!! October was my busiest month of the year, and I’m now decelerating. So this will be another short Refill. I’m writing this at the BTR airport, so I won’t be channelling or pulling cards either.
I hope to do an October recap and an event-by-event recap, but for now, here’s a photo of a dream come true!
Flavor of the Week 😋 Scorpio New Moon
This week, we’re back in a new moon phase in the sign on Scorpio. It’s technically next Monday at 2:00am ET, but it’ll be before your next Refill newsletter, so we’re covering it this week.
Scorpio is the sign of death, rebirth, and transformation. It’s a deep, dark energy, like a murky lake at midnight. Scorpio energy can stare into your eyes without blinking, pierce the veil of your soul, and touch the shadow hidden for so long that even you forgot it was there.
If I’m sounding dramatic it’s because, 1) drama is fun 😜, 2) Jupiter and Mars are currently in my Leo 3rd house of communication, and 3) Scorpio is intense.
Anyway, a new moon in a sign like Scorpio means we can truly transform ourselves and our lives. We can birth something brand new. This also means something or some aspect of ourselves has recently died and decomposed. Don’t fret! The energy and matter from the old thing can be up-cycled into something beautifully fitting of who you’re becoming.
Because you have the power to create from scratch, please be very intentional about what you create with thoughts, emotions, words, and actions. Surrender the tendency to create from a place of fear or obligation. Try on a radical imagination for who and what and how you might be now.
If Scorpio energy is about death, then let die any habits of people pleasing, of directing your behaviors, your appearance, or you choices according to other people’s judgements. If scorpio energy is about transformation and rebirth, then let the authentic version of you finally breath and live.
If fear remains, keep in mind that the ruling planets of Scorpio are Pluto and Mars—planets of power, strength, and courage. Pluto is in Aquarius, another sign of authenticity. Mars, the warrior, is in Leo, the sign of unapologetic confidence and heart-led living.
Remember: You are powerful!
